Is it free for me
Yes. For people who relocate, search, guides and requests to specialists are free.
How does a request work
You describe your case once, choose the city and category, and confirm your email. The request goes to verified specialists in that city, and their replies arrive in your email and your dashboard.
Who can read my request
Only verified specialists in the city and category you chose. Your email address stays hidden until you reply to someone.
Can I search for online help
Yes. Switch the search to online only to see specialists who work remotely.
Are the guides legal advice
No. The guides are information based on official sources and are written in Russian. For advice on your own situation, send a request to a verified specialist.
Frequently asked questions
What does the verified badge mean
We checked the specialist's licence or registration in the official register of the country where they practise, such as a state bar, a state medical or dental board or the General Dental Council. The badge is not a quality rating.
How do you fight rental scams
Every listing is moderated before it goes live. Our rules forbid asking for any deposit before the apartment has been viewed, and every listing has a report button.
Is there political content on the portal
No. We cover everyday life, services and rules. Political content and propaganda are removed.
Do you work with sanctioned persons or companies
No. We do not serve persons or entities on EU, US or UK sanctions lists.

How much does a profile cost
Profile costs 49 USD a month, Pro 149 USD and Business 499 USD. Billed yearly it is 24, 74 and 249 USD a month. See pricing.
Which payment methods do you accept
International cards. We do not accept Russian payment systems.
Can I get a refund
Payments are final. We refund only a double charge, a proven unauthorised charge or a total failure of the service. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
What happens when I upgrade
The difference is charged immediately and the higher plan starts right after payment.
