For users in the European Union and the United Kingdom, the legal bases are the performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in a safe service, compliance with legal obligations and, where we ask for it, your consent.

Your request is shared only with verified specialists in the city and category you selected. Your email address stays hidden until you reply to a specialist. We also use service providers that act on our instructions.

Some providers may process data outside your country. In that case we rely on appropriate safeguards required by law. We never sell personal data.

We keep account data while your account is active. Requests are kept for as long as you need them in your dashboard and are deleted together with your account. Unconfirmed sign ups are deleted after a short period. Billing records are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require.

We use only essential cookies that are needed for the site to work, such as the session, security protection for forms and your language choice. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, so no cookie consent banner is needed.

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Russians.io is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
