Terms of service

You must be an adult to create an account. You confirm your email with a code and keep your password secure. One person or company may not use another person's identity. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

We do not provide services to persons or entities listed on sanctions lists of the European Union, the United States or the United Kingdom, or to anyone acting on their behalf. We check specialist and company profiles against these lists before publication and may refuse or remove a profile at any time if a match appears.

• No political content, propaganda, calls to violence, hate speech or fundraising for military purposes.
• No false information about qualifications, prices or services.
• Every listing, profile and community post is moderated, and unclear cases are rejected by default.
• Housing listings may not ask for a deposit or any payment before the property has been viewed in person or by live video.
• Users can report any listing, and we remove listings that break these rules.

Specialists in regulated professions, such as lawyers, doctors and dentists, provide their licence or registration number in the country where they practise. The verified badge is shown only after we check it in the official register. The badge confirms the licence at the time of the check and is not a rating of quality. Specialists must tell us if their licence changes.

Country guides and landing pages contain general information based on official sources. They are not legal, tax or medical advice. Rules, fees and deadlines change, so always check the official source and ask a qualified specialist about your situation.

• Plans Profile, Pro and Business are billed monthly or yearly at the prices on the pricing page.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time in your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Moving to a higher plan or from monthly to yearly billing charges the difference immediately, and the new plan starts after payment.
• Usage limits are counted per billing period, and deleting a listing or request does not restore the limit.
• For people who relocate, search and requests are free and require no subscription.

We accept international cards only. We do not accept Russian payment systems. All payments are final and are not refunded, except in three cases: a double charge, a proven unauthorised charge and a total failure of the service. Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not refund a payment already made.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days. When you ask us to start the service immediately and confirm at checkout that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has started, that right expires when access begins.

We work to keep the service available and the information accurate, but we do not guarantee the outcome of any case handled by a specialist. Specialists are responsible for their own services, prices and advice. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
