How limits are counted

Requests and listing publications count as usage in the billing period. Deleting a listing or a request does not return it to your limit. Limits renew with each new period.

Free for people who relocate

Search, country guides and requests to specialists are free for people who move abroad. This is how the service works for them, not a plan in this price list.

Payment and billing

  • Payment by international card. We do not accept Russian payment systems.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month or each year until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time. Access stays active until the end of the paid period.
  • Payments are final and not refunded, except a double charge, a proven unauthorised charge or a total failure of the service.
  • Moving to a higher plan or from monthly to yearly billing charges the difference immediately.

Which plan should I choose

Choose Profile if you work alone in one city, Pro if you have a team or several cities, and Business if you run branches in different countries.

Can I change plans later

Yes. An upgrade takes effect after the difference is paid, and a downgrade starts with the next period.

Do you offer a trial

No. You can explore the portal as a visitor, and the profile starts with a paid plan.

Is VAT or sales tax added

The price shown is the price you pay at checkout, unless the checkout shows a tax required in your country.
